Discover the Fumoir d'Antan, a traditional herring smokehouse where the Arseneau family has been smoking herring fillets for three generations. Make sure you come in to taste our herring, plain or marinated, smoked mackerel, smoked salmon and smoked scallops. Guided tours are offred from June 15 to August 31st, Monday to Friday (duration around 40 minutes). In May, September and October, it is possible to visit our Economuseum independently (duration around 30 minutes).
