Together, let's share a dose of positive energy and escape by joining the #ForAMoment movement.

Here's what you can do to contribute to the movement:

  • Share the video on your social networks.
  • Share on your social networks photos or videos, past or present, taken from the window of your companies and organizations: a beautiful view, a magic moment or simply a moment that you would like to share with your community by using #ForAMoment.
  • Encourage your community to follow you in this initiative and bring the #ForAMoment movement to life.

A simple gesture accessible to everyone. It is also a way to remember how beautiful, surprisingly creative and generous Quebec is. A way to travel from our home and to create a united bond that runs through Quebec. Because together, we can discover our beautiful Quebec from our window.

We wish to continue to animate our social networks by putting forward comforting publications which will allow our subscribers to continue to dream of the Islands. With this in mind, we encourage all of our members to inform us of any publication on their social networks that we may share (yoga classes on the beach, music session, inspiring photo, blog post, typical cooking recipe, coloring page, etc.).

Don't hesitate to let your creativity run free and share your initiatives at
