Festival de courts métrages Images en Vues

Travel responsibly and sustainably

Sofilm cinéma Parallèle invites you to come and satisfy your cinematic thirst at the Images en vues short film festival. For a 21st consecutive year, the Images en vue Festival wishes to increase accessibility and interest in auteur cinema in the Magdalen Islands and offer a diverse cultural activity to liven up the Madelinot fall!Nearly fifty short films from all backgrounds, fiction, animation and documentary, are presented in five competition sessions. Each year, the Images en Vues Festival gives pride of place to quality local productions while allowing moviegoers a real journey around the world by presenting works from many countries! It's an opportunity for fans of the 7th Art to open up to different realities, sometimes shocking, sometimes sweet, sometimes strange, but always entertaining! Be there and be our guest! In a desire to promote cinematographic art in all its forms, to enhance the family and unifying character of the festival and to encourage the next generation of film buffs, a section is reserved specifically for animated short films for children. The screening of P'tites vue, the family cinema outing not to be missed, is a sure bet, year after year! For more information, visit the Images en vue festival website and like our Facebook page!
