4:40 a.m.: Fireworks — a unique moment at dawn
5:00 a.m.: OFFICIAL LAUNCH — the signal for the start of the 151st lobster fishing season across all wharves in the Îles de la Madeleine
Come visit the shops at La Pointe boutique, open from 4:00 a.m. to noon!
Then head over to Auberge La Salicorne for the Launch Breakfast. A few tickets are still available for the three breakfast seatings (5:00 a.m., 7:30 a.m., and 10:00 a.m.). Book now at 367-994-0023.
Stop by the second floor of La Salicorne to experience the Madelon lounge, featuring pastries and Madelon coffees, while watching the boats in the distance in the bay with telescopes and binoculars.
