Opening date Open year round Opening hours Schedule: from July 1st to Sept. 15, daily from 8 am to 6 pm. Off season: daily from 8 am to 5 pm.	A cottage industry cheese factory that uses raw milk to produce the tasty Pied-de-Vent cheese and Tomme des Demoiselles, a semi-hard cow's milk cheese. On site boutique. Reservations are required for groups of 10 or more.
