Gourmande de nature

This summer, Gourmande de nature offers two original workshops with nature in mind. The first one happens in the forest to discover our WILD MUSHROOMS. Ronald Labelle, our knowledgeable mycologist, will introduce you to the wonderful world of mushrooms. In his company, you will go to the forest and learn to scrutinize the soil, recognize and identify our different species, and respect the environment. Back in the workshop kitchen, you will see the preparation of two succulent recipes featuring wild mushrooms. The other is SEASIDE- A DELICIOUS STROLL. The shores of the coast are full of little-known, even unsuspected treasures. Would you be able to name them? Do you know that many are delicious and that you can use them in mouth-watering recipes? Allow yourself a memorable stroll on the beach. In the company of Lisandre, our expert in the field (beach!), you will make amazing discoveries, learn to recognize the different edible seashells and seaweed and come back to the workshop to get to know their flavors.
