Here is the schedule of the Tourist Information Desk :

From January 3 to May 29, Monday to Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm.
From May 30 to June 25, daily from 9 am to 8 pm.
From June 26 to August 20, daily from 7 am to 9 pm.
From August 21st to September 24, daily from 9 am to 8 pm.
From September 25 to December 24, Monday to Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm.
Closed on December 25, 26, January 1, 2 and Easter Monday.

Time Zone: The Îles de la Madeleine are in the Atlantic Time Zone, one hour later than mainland Quebec. That means that when it is noon in Montreal or elsewhere in Quebec, it is 1 p.m. in the Islands.
