Working in harmony with nature, we take advantage of the exceptional yeast produced by fruits grown in salty sea air. The juice is slowly cold-fermented to
bring out the finest flavours and aromas of our apples and honey. We then process our salt-misted fruits to create four elixirs: “l'Enchanteur de pommes,” “le Chouchen,” “l'Escarbille” and “le Pomeloi” (with an
apple in the bottle).

Huguette Joncas. The animal kingdom is the essence of my inspiration
Through movement, the sensitivity of its gaze...the textures,
I desire to create a bestiary with a human likeness
And, in this way, provoke the sensitivity and the unconscious of the observer...
At the age of seven, Huguette Joncas takes her first painting class. She pursues her studies in fine arts and obtains a Bachelor's degree in visual arts from Université Laval in 1973. In 1969, Huguette Joncas presents her first exhibit. She then begins to be interested in a new medium, screen painting, and opens her own studio/boutique on Saint-Jean street in Quebec city. This will lead her to developing her own clothing line.
In the 1980s, Huguette Joncas participates in several collective and individual exhibits. In 1983, she studies sculpture and art foundry, with the man who will become her life partner, the sculptor and smelter, Jean-Paul Garneau. In 1987, she holds her first sculpture exhibition. Since then, many organizations and foundations have commissioned her sculptures, notably the Protocole of the Government of Quebec and the Fondation de la faune du Québec. The art work of Huguette Joncas is exhibited in Quebec, Canada, France, the United States, Russia and many other countries of Europe and Asia.
In 2011, she creates two monumental sculptures in the context of the “Intégration des arts à l'architecture” (“Integration of art and architecture”) at the Gaspésie Bioparc in Bonaventure and at the Sea Museum of the Iles de la Madeleine. In 2014, she create a commemorative work of art in memory of those who have disappeared at sea installed at the Place des gens de mer (“Plaza of the people of the sea”) in Cap-aux-Meules.
The gallery also presents in exclusively the last works of the late Jean-Paul Garneau (sculptor-smelter)
