Sea Kayak expedition

Expedition (2 days, reservation 24 hours before departure)

It's a great opportunity to connect with the natural rythm of the archipelago. You will surely get that special feeling as soon as you will let your own way points behind you!

We go with small groups from 3 to maximum 6 guests for the more personnalized tour. Expedition all included: complete gears, very good quality of meals and snacks, profesionnal guide and transportation included.

Habitual expedition Itinary:

Departure from Parc de Gros-Cap. Little tour around Gros-Cap peninsula than we start paddelling in direction of Havre-aux-Maisons stopping by the little echouerie and Cap-aux-Meule port. Than we stop for the lunch at Pointe-Basse next to the Fumoir d'Antan. The adventure keep going passing by the light house and the clay cliffs. We  will paddlle along Dune du Sud to the windmill. Than in this area we will built the base camp and take a good meal with a glass of wine and fire on the beach... La vie est belle! Next day we will wake up with the sunrise, breakfast and if the weather is good we will cross to the Shag Island where there is many caves and birds... Back to the cormorandièere where we will take a car to come back to Gros-Cap.

Itinary could be changed in cause of weather change.

Departures: on monday and thursday at 8 a.m. and return at 4 pm next day

(departure on next day if the weather is not good)

During this cruise, you will learn the essential inside tricks to capture the magnificent scenery that surrounds you along your trek. 2 day sightseeing tour

Guided tours of the eastern end of the islands on Mondays and Thursdays and the western end of the islands on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The eastern tour includes a guided visit of the towns of House Harbour, Grosse Ile and Grand Entry and a meal at noon. You will visit the Fromagerie Pied de Vent (Cheese Factory) the Fumoir d'Antan (Smoke house), the Verrerie La Méduse (Boutique and Glass Art Gallery), the light house in Point-Basse at Cap Alright, the south dune beach and the harbour in Grand Entry.

The western tour includes a guided visit of the towns of Fatima, Étang-du-Nord, Amherst and the Bassin including a meal at noon. You will see th site of La Côte in Etang-du-Nord, the cliffs of the Belle Anse, the church in Lavernière, the church in Fatima and the Sand Artists Boutique (Les Artisans du Sable), as well as a visit of the historical site of La Grave.
